Volcano Hike, Hot Springs & Mud Bath – Rincon de la Vieja
Begin with a 3-hour guided hike in the Pailas Sector of Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, where you’ll see wildlife such as toucans, capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, coatis, and more. Along the way, explore bubbling mud pots, fumaroles, and a mini crater. Cool off with a swim at Oropendola Waterfall, then enjoy a typical Costa Rican lunch. End the day soaking in the Rio Negro hot springs and rejuvenating volcanic mud baths.
